Acceptance

By accessing or using YourPG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

YourPG is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Service Description

YourPG is an AI-powered tabletop role-playing game. The AI acts as a Dungeon Master and creates interactive stories using D&D 5e-like mechanics, including tool/function calls that update game state.

Accounts

Some features may require signing in (e.g., to sync subscription status and enforce usage limits). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

AI Content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use it for entertainment only.
Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the way you use generated outputs.

Usage Limits, Ads, and Subscriptions

Usage limits: YourPG may apply daily limits to messages, image generation, and games for fair use and abuse prevention.
Ads: the free version may show ads (including rewarded ads) where supported.
Subscriptions: premium features (such as higher usage limits) may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store / Google Play, and we may use RevenueCat to manage entitlements.

Optional API Keys

⚠️ Important

You may optionally provide your own AI provider API keys, depending on the platform and feature availability.
If you use your own keys, any provider costs, quotas, and policy compliance are your responsibility.
Keep your keys secure. If your device or account is compromised, your keys may be exposed.

Acceptable Use

Allowed: personal use, creative storytelling.

Prohibited: illegal content, hate/harassment, exploitation, attempts to bypass limits, reverse-engineering or attacking the service, or any misuse that violates third-party policies.

Third-Party Services

YourPG integrates third-party services (such as Firebase, AI providers, RevenueCat, and AdMob). Your use is also subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimer

YourPG is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or preservation of local data. You are responsible for backing up anything important.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the app.

Intellectual Property

YourPG and its code/brand are owned by the developer (Alkim Takmaz).
D&D is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast. This application is not an official D&D product and is not endorsed or supported by Wizards of the Coast.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
