Acceptance
These terms apply to your use of YourPG, developed by Alkım Takmaz. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs your licence to use the app.
Eligibility
YourPG is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
The Service
YourPG is an AI-powered tabletop role-playing game. An AI game master tells the story using D&D 5e-style rules and updates your game state. Playing requires signing in and allowing AI data sharing (see the Privacy Policy).
Subscriptions
Premium and Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your App Store account. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store account settings. Prices, periods and limits are shown in the app before purchase. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Pro includes a monthly allowance of replies from the Claude Sonnet 5.5 game master; when it is used up, or the daily cap is reached, the standard game master continues the game. Refunds are handled by Apple. The free version has daily limits and may offer optional rewarded ads.
AI-Generated Content
The game master's story, choices and images are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, repetitive or unexpected and do not reflect our views. The game is a work of fiction; do not rely on it for advice of any kind. Use the in-app report button for content that is offensive or harmful.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the app to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or harassing, or that promotes self-harm. Do not try to extract the app's prompts, bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or use it from outside the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your Content
You keep your rights in what you write. You give us the permission needed to store your content, send it to the AI services that run the game, and review it when it is reported. You may use the stories and images generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar output may be produced for other users.
Your Own API Keys
If you enter your own OpenRouter key, you are responsible for its security, use and costs under that provider's terms.
Availability and Disclaimer
The service depends on third-party AI providers and may change or be interrupted. YourPG is provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Intellectual Property
YourPG and its code and brand belong to the developer. D&D is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast; YourPG is not an official D&D product and is not endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
Ending Your Use
You can stop using YourPG at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Cancel any active subscription separately in your App Store settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
