Scope
This policy applies to the YourPG application and this website.
Summary
- On-device: YourPG stores game saves, chat history, and preferences locally on your device.
- Cloud services: If you sign in, YourPG uses Firebase (Google) for authentication and stores limited account, subscription, and usage-limit data.
- AI processing: When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant context are sent to AI providers to generate responses.
- Monetization & measurement: The app may use RevenueCat (subscriptions), AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics.
Data We Collect
On-device (local storage)
- Game data: character, quests, NPCs, world state, combat state, save slots.
- Chat history: your in-game messages and AI responses (to restore your session).
- Preferences: language, model choice, TTS settings, art style.
- Optional API keys: if you choose to use your own API keys, the app may store them locally on your device.
Account & subscription data (Firebase / RevenueCat)
- Account identifiers: Firebase user ID (UID), email address, and sign-in provider (e.g., Google / Apple), if you choose to sign in.
- Subscription status: whether you have premium access, subscription tier, expiry, and related metadata needed to provide premium features.
- Usage limits: daily usage counters (e.g., messages/images/games) and reset date, used to enforce fair-use limits.
Analytics, diagnostics, and ads
- Analytics: app usage events (e.g., feature interactions) via Firebase Analytics.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic device/app information via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Ads: ad performance data and device advertising identifiers (where available) via Google AdMob.
AI requests
When you use AI features (chat, image generation, text-to-speech), the content you provide (and necessary game context) is sent to the selected AI provider to generate a response. We do not intentionally store your full prompts or chat content on our servers, but third-party providers may process and retain data according to their own policies.
How We Use Data
- Provide gameplay features (chat, tools, saves, localization, TTS, image generation).
- Authenticate users and keep subscription/entitlement status in sync.
- Enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Measure performance and improve stability (analytics and crash reporting).
- Show ads and award rewards (where enabled).

Retention
We retain account, subscription, and usage-limit data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Local game data remains on your device until you delete it (e.g., by clearing app data or uninstalling).
Your Choices & Rights
- Local data: you can delete local saves and chat history by clearing app data or uninstalling.
- Account deletion: contact us to request deletion of server-side data associated with your account (Firebase user record and related Firestore documents).
- Ads: you can control ad personalization via your device settings (where available).
Children's Privacy
YourPG is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
